Paying these prices grants you a Full License to use the software for your organization, which includes technical support and upgrades for the next year.
Paying more is an option offered for those non-profits who are able to pay more. If you require an invoice for the amount you wish to pay, please contact Cooperstock Software to request one.
Annual Renewals
To continue receiving support and upgrades after the first year an annual renewal payment is required. The following prices are based on the number of donors you have at the time of renewal:
$55 (plus tax) for the Network Version, with one simultaneous user allowed
$110 (plus tax) for the Network Version, with two simultaneous users allowed
$165 (plus tax) for the Network Version, with three simultaneous users allowed
more if your organization can afford to pay more
free under the same conditions listed above for free initial licenses
Note: You have to pay this
renewal fee within 18 months of your previous payment date. If you
need to renew your eligibility for support and upgrades after that
time, you need to pay another Full License fee.
Additional Organizations: Your Full License authorizes you to use DONATION for one organization. The program is able to handle multiple organizations with the same copy of DONATION, on one computer. There is an additional price of $20 for each additional organization you wish to handle.

We do expect to hear from you with payment information, even if it is to request a free license based on the criteria listed above. We may contact you by email about one month after your registration if we have not heard from you, and we will also contact you annually to invite you to renew your support and upgrades subscription.
Upgrading your number of allowable donors
Although you get the same program whichever price you pay, the
program will warn you if you have more donors (only counting the
ones with donations) than you are licensed for. To upgrade your
allowable number of donors, just calculate the difference between
what you have already paid and the correct Full License price
for the required number of donors, and pay that amount
(plus tax). If you are paying using a credit
card via PayPal below, use the last field, for a
custom payment
amount. After your payment has been received, you can request
a new license key for the required number of donors, using the
Help -> Request or Install License Key menu option.
Payment by Cheque
You may pay by cheque or money order, preferably denominated in Canadian dollars, but U.S. dollars are also acceptable. (The prices are the same in Canadian or U.S. dollars, just to save complications with exchange rates.) Cheques should be made out to "Cooperstock Software".

Please add tax to your cheques! Ontario residents need to add 13% tax (PST + GST) to their cheques, and other residents of Canada need to add only 5% GST. There is no tax for anyone else. One simple way to calculate these amounts is to select your Location from the drop-down list below, which (in most recent web browsers) will re-calculate the prices to include tax in the table below that drop-down.

Currently, we do not
have the capability to accept your
credit card by phone to process payments. If this would have been
preferable for you, please contact
Cooperstock Software to let us know. If a sufficient number of
users request it, we might arrange to make this possible.
Free Licenses
You may have a free license to use DONATION if your organization
satisifies ALL FOUR of the following criteria:
Your organization's annual total income from donations and other sources of funding is under $5,000; AND
You have fewer than 50 donors; AND
No paid staff will be regularly using DONATION;
AND
You agree that if any of these conditions changes, you will pay for your use of DONATION.
Please do not ask for exceptions to these
criteria.
If you do satisfy ALL FOUR of these criteria, you may
email
Cooperstock Software, stating that you satisfy them, and
request a free license to use DONATION.
Refunds
No refunds will be offered for any payments made for
DONATION. It is up to you to decide whether DONATION is appropriate
for your organization during your 60-day free evaluation period,
and to decide whether or not to purchase it. Any
exceptions to this rule will be made at the complete discretion of
Cooperstock Software.
