The following video on Filtering Reports shows how that feature works in releases of DONATION prior to 4.15 and releases of ACCOUNTS prior to 2.24. A method very similar to what is described in the video below is still available by using the Advanced Filter button on the new Simple Filter window.

There are also custom receipts available for Australia (DGR or non-DGR) and New Zealand. In addition, you can use the mail-merge version of the receipts to add your own wording or make other changes.
