Running as an Administrator

Prior to version 3.30 of DONATION, Windows XP users were recommended, and Windows Vista or Windows 7 or 8 users were required, to run DONATION as a Windows Administrator account. In addition, under Windows Vista or Windows 7 or 8, if you had the Windows User Account Control feature enabled (the default from Microsoft), you would always see a message box like the following that you had to click Yes on in order to run DONATION:

UAC

In version 3.30 and later, however, this has all changed. DONATION can be run by an Administrator or non-Administrator user, and the User Account Control prompt does not come up. The issues in previous versions of DONATION that required it to be run as an Administrator have mostly been worked around in one way or another, without eliminating any features.
