Online Giving is a feature of DONATION Online released on May 15, 2025.
Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting your chosen cause through our Online Giving platform. We value your generosity and commitment. Please review our refund policy to ensure transparency regarding how donations are handled:

Transactions are final: Once a contribution is processed and funds are transferred to the nonprofit, it cannot be refunded. Transactions made through our platform are non-refundable.

Exceptions: In rare cases where an error occurred during the transaction (e.g., duplicate donation, technical error), refund requests may be considered. But it is the responsibility of our customers (the nonprofit) to review those in the Merchant Portal and proceed accordingly.

How to request a refund: For any concerns or potential refund requests, please contact the nonprofit organization directly. They will be able to handle your request and work with us to resolve any issues.

Third-party payment processors: Refunds processed through third-party payment processors (such as credit card companies or ACH banks) are subject to their terms and policies.

Payment Policy
By using the Online Giving platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Accepted Payments: We accept payments via ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers and major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, etc.). All payments must be made in US or Canadian dollars.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through trusted a third-party payment processor. The nonprofit organization you are donating to may have specific payment terms outlined on their website.

Payment Confirmation: Once your contribution is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your transaction.

Transaction Fees: Each transaction made through the platform may incur processing fees. The nonprofit organization receiving your donation will be informed of any fees applicable to your transaction. As of May 5 2025, the fees are approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction.

Security: We are committed to ensuring that your payment information is secure. All transactions are encrypted, and we comply with industry-standard security practices.

Return Policy
As a contributor using our Online Giving platform, please note that:

No Returns: Transaction made through our platform are not eligible for return or exchange. Once a donation is processed, it is final.

Errors in Donation Amount: If you believe that your donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate donation), please contact the nonprofit directly. They may review the transaction and, if applicable, request adjustments with us.

Payment Disputes: If you feel a payment was charged incorrectly, please reach out to the payment processor for your card or ACH service. Our team can assist in reviewing any discrepancies with the nonprofit organization involved.
