This page shows the best information we currently know about the SMTP settings for sending email, which you can use for configuring DONATION or ACCOUNTS with their Maintenance ⇒ Email Sending Configuration menu options.
Just below here is a list of the final parts of email addresses, starting at the @, for the ones we know about. Clicking on one of them will take you to the details in the table below that. In each table, the "Source of this information" line is the address from which we found this information.
If you know of any corrections to this table, or commonly-used email addresses (not just ones for your organization!) that you think should be listed here and for which you can supply the correct settings, don't hesitate to contact us to give us that information.

Notes: | Please read the program's Help topic Gmail Configuration for full details. The easiest solution to configure your Gmail access is to choose the option Use Gmail-Specific Authorization in release 4.58 or later of DONATION and release 2.45 or later of ACCOUNTS. For earlier releases, or if you instead choose Use Normal Server Authentication in those newer releases, if you have two-step verification turned on for your Gmail accounts, so that you need to get a number from them to log in online, you have to create and use an App Password in place of your usual email password, as explained in detail in the Help. If you don't use 2-step verification or Gmail-Specific Authorization, you need to grant "Less secure app access" as explained in the Help (but this option is being removed after May 30, 2022). All Telus email addresses have been switched to being served by Gmail, which is why the settings here are appropriate for them. |

Notes: | See https://support.microsoft.com/en-ca/help/12409/microsoft-account-app-passwords-and-two-step-verification for information on generating a special app password for use in our program that will be required to make this work if you have two-step verification turned on for this account, or perhaps even if you don't have that turned on. Note: Due to changes made by Microsoft in November 2022, you will need at least release 6.00b of DONATION or 4.00b or ACCOUNTS for these settings to work. |
