Direct Funds Flow

All funds flow directly from the donor to your nonprofit. There is no intermediary holding your money. We use Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant processing (the highest standard in the industry, the same used by major banks), SSL encryption on every transaction, and proprietary fraud protection.

1.5% Guaranteed Effective Rate

Donors have the option to cover the processing fee (4.9% + 30¢) at checkout. Over 85% of donors choose to do so, which means most nonprofits pay effectively 0–1% in processing fees. But regardless of what donors cover, we guarantee your effective rate never exceeds 1.5% in any quarter—and if it does, we credit you the difference.
