| Mass Mailing | Allows you to merge donor, donation or receipt information for all Donors (or a selected subset) into a group of letters in your word processor. |
| Backup | Backs up your mail merge letter files to a specified directory. |
| Restore | Restores your mail merge letters files from a specified directory. (Together with the Backup option, this allows you to transfer your customized letter files from one computer to another.) |
