This sub-menu only appears for Canadian users who have selected "Use different receipts for Gifts in Kind / Non-Cash Gifts" on the Maintenance à Receipt Options window. The options on this sub-menu only apply to donations whose Cheque # / Paid By value is "Gift in Kind", and ignore all other donations.
N.B. In the Evaluation version of the program (the paid version, before you pay and receive your license key) only the Current Donor Sample menu option on this sub-menu can be used successfully. All of the other menu options will merely give a message, explaining that you need to pay for the program, get a license key and install it, before they will work.
Also, in the feature-limited Lite version of the program, the All Donors and Filtered Donors menu options below are not available, so receipts must be created one at a time.
| Current Donor Original | Print or view receipts for all unreceipted Gift in Kind donations for the currently selected donor. |
Current Donor
| Duplicate/Corrected | Print one duplicate or corrected receipt, for the currently selected donor, for the receipt number of the currently selected donation (which must be listed with a receipt number in the Donations area of the main window and must be a Gift in Kind). |
| Current Donor Sample | Print a sample receipt for all unreceipted Gift in Kind donations for the currently selected donor. It will have "SAMPLE ONLY" written in the background on the receipt, and will not save any receipt information back to the database. |
| Receipt by Number | Print a duplicate or corrected Gift in Kind receipt. You enter the receipt number in a dialog box, rather than having to be pointing to it as in Current Donor Duplicate/Corrected. |
| Reprint Range | Reprint original (or duplicate or corrected) Gift in Kind receipts. You enter the starting and ending receipt numbers in a dialog box, then it redisplays them on the screen and allows you to print them. |
| All Donors | Print or view receipts for all unreceipted Gift in Kind donations for all donors. (Not available in the Lite version of the program.) |
| Filtered Donors | Print or view receipts for selected Gift in Kind donations or donors, based on several criteria that you can enter in a dialog box, e.g. the minimum donation amount. (Not available in the Lite version of the program.)
