The main menu has the following choices:
| File | Creating new donors or donations, saving etc. |
| Maintenance | Assorted functions for maintaining data other than donors and donations, changing the processing year, etc. |
| Letters | Creates mail merge letters for one or all (or some) donors using your word processing program. |
| Reports | Creates all reports on donors, donations and receipts, including mailing labels for donors or for receipts |
| Receipt | Printing charitable receipts, including duplicates |
| Database | Making backups of your database, verifying your database etc. |
| Help | Viewing the version number and contact info for this program |
